My Story

I began my career as a journalist for Gannett Newspapers. Following that I returned to night school to earn an MBA, and I worked in corporate America. After years of conversations with job seekers, employers and friendly people I’ve met along the way, I learned about the real need for person-to-person connections between business owners and the people they hire to get a job done. The large recruiters out there see it as a numbers game. If they send out enough resumes, maybe one will stick. I see it the opposite way. Each resume represents someone I’ve come to know through conversations and a vetting process. If I wouldn’t work with them, I don’t send them on to you. That’s my promise.

To you, my visitor to Boomer Den, I say… welcome! Come find out all about us!
